Come SIT is a body of work that was created from a deep passion for growth, healing, and living fully in the present.

As a parent of five, I’ve learned that the experiences of our past shape how we move through life—sometimes in ways we don’t realize. When my kids were young, I suffered from severe OCD with debilitating constant intrusive thoughts, high anxiety, and fear that persisted all the time. My anxiety prevented me from allowing my kids to do a lot of things, and stopped myself from fully living as well. I experienced deep rooted shame that felt paralysing.

Through SIT, I no longer have intrusive thoughts, anxiety is low, and I am doing things I never thought I would— like flying on an airplane! Motherhood revealed deep-rooted beliefs and behaviours that were holding me back. SIT helped me break free from them to create a brighter, more hopeful future for myself and my family— one that I didn’t know was even possible.

Come SIT is a phrase that I often used with my kids when they needed comfort. It reminds me of the power of connection, stillness, and compassion in creating change. Through this platform, I hope to help others heal so that they can embrace a life of possibility—fully now.

SIT With It describes the subconscious imprinting technique (S.I.T.) as a step by step healing system designed to uncover and resolve emotional data from the past that is manifesting as physical pain and frustrating behavioural patterns in the present. SIT uses techniques like visualization and somatic practices to help release physical and emotional pain.

Who can do SIT sessions?

SIT sessions are designed to help individuals who are looking to resolve physical and emotional pain—and create new patterns and beliefs that promote a balanced way of life. We often work with individuals who have experienced some form of trauma and are looking for support to create safety and self-acceptance. Trauma is anything that feels overwhelming to an individual's nervous system, and is difficult to process. Trauma is unique to each person.

SIT is also for anyone who wants to create MORE in their life, be that joy, money, ease, etc. helping them enjoy their life fully.

How many SIT sessions does it take to see results?

This answer varies. Some individuals see results in as little as one session and others can take more. My recommendation is to book 4-sessions knowing that you can cancel at any point in time if you don’t need them.

Is SIT covered by insurance?

SIT is not eligible for insurance claims. While SIT is a proven practice that supports physical and emotional healing and wellbeing, it does not replace traditional healthcare practitioners and medicine.
